If you are looking for the ultimate in trailers, this is it. We start with an all aluminum 6061-T6 tube frame with 3" x 6" x 1/4" wall full length frame rails. Then we use 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x .065" tube wall studs on 16" centers. The floor uses 1 1/2" x 4" x 1/8" tube every 16".  We use a custom extra heavy duty extrusion die for the top corners that is a welded structure of the frame, not a finish trim piece like some others. All this is pulsed MIG welded to provide a frame structure that is second to none. The outer aluminum skin is held in place with a 3M bonding material that is used in the automotive and aircraft industry. This also gives you a better appearance since you don't need screws, and we all know how those screws corrode and look terrible after just one year of use. We manufacture all of our hinges and cam locks with aluminum and use stainless bolts. Our ramp doors are 2" x 5 1/2" wide custom tube for a door that is as strong as the rest of the trailer. This custom die provides a door seal that is unmatched in the industry. The inner wheel wells are also aluminum so you don't have the rust like steel trailers.
